What shipping options do you offer?

Canada Post Expedited Parcel and Canada Post Xpresspost.

How much will shipping cost?

The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on item dimensions, weight, and your location. You will have the option of selecting your preferred shipping method before your order is placed.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders over $99 before taxes ship for free via Canada Post Expedited Parcel. If your order is excessively large or heavy, additional shipping fees may apply, and we will contact you to make arrangements.

Are shipments trackable and insured?

All orders ship with tracking and insurance for the full value of the order. A tracking number will be provided by email as soon as your order ships.

When will my order ship?

Canada Post picks up orders from our location on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Your order will leave our location with the next scheduled pickup, though you may receive your tracking number before then. Orders placed on Monday, Wednesday or Friday before 11:00am will ship the same day. When a holiday lands on a scheduled pickup day, the pickup will be moved to the next business day.

How long will it take to get my order?

Delivery time will depend on your location. Once you receive your tracking number, you can track your order with Canada Post which will provide an estimated date of arrival.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we only ship within Canada.

Do you offer local pickup?

We are currently not offering local pickup, all orders will be shipped from our warehouse.


Is my order eligible for return?

Items purchased from Kittmer Guitars may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in as-received condition with all original packaging. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs. If you have received a defective or damaged item, a shipping allowance to return the item may be provided at the discretion of Kittmer Guitars.

What are my options?

You may choose to receive an exchange or refund for your returned item(s). Exchanges will be provided for same item only if stock is available. Refunds will be paid in full to the buyer’s original payment method.
